How fast does MR HANDSOME deliver?

Orders received by us on weekdays by 3 pm will be shipped the same day with DHL GoGreen. This applies to Monday through Friday (with the exception of public holidays). Within Germany, 90% of our packages are delivered on the next working day. In other EU countries, delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on the destination country. We deliver exceptionally fast and reliable.

How can I pay for my order at MR HANDSOME?

We make it a point to offer our customers a variety of secure and convenient payment options. At MR-HANDSOME.COM we accept the following payment methods:

1. Express checkout

MR-HANDSOME.COM allows for expedited express checkout via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (GPAY), Amazon Pay and Shop Pay.

a) PayPal Express Checkout

You can complete the checkout process faster by selecting the PayPal Express Checkout option in the "Information" section at checkout. To do this, click on the PayPal logo. You will then be redirected to the Pay-Pal page and can complete your order with just a few clicks.

b) Apple Pay Express Checkout

Analogous to PayPal Express, you can also securely and conveniently complete your order with the Express Checkout via Apple Pay. To do this, press the Apple Pay icon in the "Information" area at the checkout. You will then be redirected to Apple Pay and can conveniently complete your order. This option is only displayed if you want to complete the order via an iOS device.

c) Google Pay (GPAY) Express Checkout

Another express option available to you is Express Checkout via Google Pay. To do this, click on the Google Pay icon. You will then be redirected to Google Pay and can quickly complete the order. This option is only displayed if you want to complete the order via an Android device.

d) Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is another option to speed up your checkout. With Amazon Pay, you can use the payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account to complete the checkout process quickly and conveniently. In addition, you benefit from the Amazon Buyer Protection, which Amazon offers as part of its A-Z Guarantee.

e) Shop Pay

Another and particularly sustainable express checkout option is Shop Pay. With Shop Pay, you can save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information to complete transactions faster the next time you place an order. This can save you time when completing the checkout process, especially if you've already signed up for an online store with Shop Pay.

You will need to provide your email address at checkout to save your information. Your shipping and billing information is stored securely on Shopify's PCI-compliant servers and is only shared with us after you place your order.

For every order paid for through Shop Pay, Shopify offsets all emissions generated by shipping!

2. Other payment methods

a) Credit card / debit card

We accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard and AmericanExpress.

Customers who have a Maestro bank card (debit card) with online payment function can also use this card for payment. Unlike the above credit cards, when paying with a Maestro debit card, the amount due is debited directly from your account.

b) PayPal

With this option, the invoice amount due is processed via the online service PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal or open a new account and legitimize to pay with PayPal.

c) Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

The use of the payment method invoice requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of the address and credit check as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. How do I order at MR HANDSOME?

Once you have found what you are looking for in our online store and would like to order a product, you can first place it in the shopping cart without obligation. To do so, press the button "Add to shopping cart". You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the small shopping cart symbol in the upper navigation bar. All products can be removed from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Remove" button. As soon as you are sure that you want to order the products in your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button.

In the checkout area you will now go through four steps to complete your order safely. Orders at MR-HANDSOME.COM can be completed as a registered user as well as a guest. Registration is optional and not required.

Step 1: Information

In the "Information" section you have the possibility to speed up the order process by choosing one of the Express Checkout options described above. In this case, you will be redirected directly to the provider's site and complete the order there.

If you do not select an Express Checkout option, you must first enter your e-mail address under the "Contact Information" tab. This information is mandatory in order to complete your order.

Then you select your delivery method and enter your delivery address. You have the option to save the entered information to speed up the process next time.

Now press the "Proceed to shipping" button.

Step 2: Shipping

In the "Shipping" section you can again check your email address as well as the shipping address and select your shipping option.

Now click on the button "Continue to payment".

Step 3: Payment

In the payment section you can see the data you have entered so far (email address, shipping address, shipping option) and check them. Then select your desired payment method in the "Payment" tab. Under the tab "Billing address" you have the option to use a different billing address.

Now click on the button "Check order". At this moment you will not be charged. You will be redirected to the page of your payment service provider and enter the necessary data to complete the transaction. Afterwards you will return to MR-HANDSOME.COM and you will be taken to section 4.

Step 4: Verification

In the section "Verification" all data entered so far will be displayed again. You can now check your entries one last time.

If all entries are correct, click on the "Buy" button. At this moment a binding purchase is made.

After completing the order, you will be redirected to an overview page with all the data you entered. You now have the option to receive tracking information not only by email, but also by SMS.

After the order: confirmation of receipt, invoice and shipping confirmation

After your order has been successfully completed, we will automatically send you a confirmation email. In the confirmation email your order will be summarized again. In the attachment of the e-mail you will find our terms and conditions as well as our cancellation policy.

Your invoice will also be sent automatically. You will receive your invoice in a separate e-mail in PDF format. Keep the invoice safe in case you want to make a complaint or a return later. Please note that we do not include a printed paper invoice with your order.

Once your package is ready for shipment, you will receive a third email with your DHL tracking number. This email will come directly from DHL.
