Return

You have the possibility to return your order free of charge up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please note that this only applies to unopened, complete and unused items.

The legal right of withdrawal is not affected.

We offer free return shipping with DHL GoGreen. For your return you can create the return label here: Register for DHL Online Returns.

Then simply print out the return label, stick it on the shipping box and post it at your nearest DHL store.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of a return shipment to us, unless it is made with DHL.

The processing of a return can take up to one week. Occasionally there may be delays.

The invoice amount including shipping costs will be refunded to you in the same way as it was received by us.
