Orders for US customers are shipped from North Carolina. 

Orders for European customers are shipped from Latvia.

Returns

You have the option to return your order to us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Please note that this applies only to unopened, complete, and unused items.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Processing a return can take up to one week. In some cases, delays may occur.

The invoice amount will be refunded to you via the same payment method we used to receive your payment.

Undeliverable orders

We reserve the right to withhold the costs for outbound and return shipping for orders that cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect shipping address, through no fault of our own. We charge $10, €10 or £10 as compensation for our expenses.
